Kui Zhou is a Principal of Sequoia Capital China. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2005, Kui served as a Senior Vice President at Legend Capital where he was responsible for the investments in SINOCOM(0299.HK), Skyinfo (acquired by Index.JP), KaiTone, Ponymedia and Worksoft. Earlier, Kui served in various managerial roles at Legend Holdings, Zhongshan Telecom and Southeast Tungsten Metallurgy. Kui graduated from Wuhan Technology University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical automation and earned his MBA in 2000 from Tsinghua University.

Fan Zhang is a Founding Managing Partner of Sequoia Capital China. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2005, Fan led the China investment efforts for DFJ ePlanet Ventures where he is responsible for investing and building companies including Baidu (BIDU), Kongzhong (KONG), Focus Media (FMCN), and Penstar Technology. Fan was named one of the "Top 10 Most Active Venture Capitalists" in 2004 and 2005 by zero2ipo, the leading venture capital consulting and research firm in China. Previously, Fan worked at the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs Asia. Fan studied Computer Science at Tsinghua University, and received a BA and an MBA from Stanford University.

Neil Shen is a Founding Managing Partner of Sequoia Capital China. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2005, he was Co-Founder, President and CFO of Ctrip.com International (CTRP) where he currently serves on the board of the largest travel consolidator in China. She earned an MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and was enrolled in an MBA exchange program in HSG Switzerland in 2004, winning top prizes in two entrepreneurial business plan competitions. Cherry received a BS in Clinical Medicine from Tongji Medical College, HuaZhong Science & Technology University.

Steven Ji is a Vice President of Sequoia Capital China. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital in 2005, Steven was an Assistant Vice President at Walden International where he was involved with investments for Accel Semiconductor, ChannelSoft, 5173.com, 3GPP and CheMeng. He also served as a Senior Investment Manager for Vertex Management where he contributed to the SMIC(SMI), Spreadtrum, IPCore and TopSec investments. Earlier, Steven served as Senior Associate for CIV Venture Capital where he invested in 3721.com, which later on was acquired by Yahoo!. Before that, Steven held various managerial roles at Seagate Technology China. Steven has a BS in Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics and an MBA from China Europe International Business School.
